The drawing does not seem three dimensional as it appears you have tried to do. The only place you have achieved at all is in the veins on the top of the hand where they are grotesquely over-done. The thumb appears to be broken from the angle it is twisted to. The fingers/fingernails also appear to be out of proportion.

I suggest researching shape-based drawing. How different parts of the body can be divided into different shapes. This makes the whole process a lot easier and allows proportion to be easily retained.
